I was given morning window 8am-12pm, which in itself if pretty inconsiderate. Then by 11:30 with no update or technician I tried the "chat bot" to see when he/she would arrive, that was a circular nightmare that didn't solve anything. And when you call any of their local numbers it gets routed to a national operator that can only send an email asking for update. . . pretty useless. When he finally arrived after 1pm he said their dispatch adds appointments to their route during the day so they're essentially double booked and often late. Doesn't seem like a good customer service practice to me. . . Safelite is just a big corp grinding through appointments.

The people who handled my car were very kind and professional. The windshield looks excellent and they finished under 2 hours, which was what was projected to be done by.

I stopped by the local shop, not fully realizing that I needed to make an appointment on the app. While there, I used the app to schedule the appointment and an hour later I was on my way. Be advised there is no waiting area!
