I when to fix my car windshield the service was poor for the reason that, I never received the courtesy call from the shop even when my car was ready , I have to show up to the shop when is already closed just to found out that they forgot to change my wipers. Fortunately there was a team member who gave my car.

Replaced the back glass on my Tesla that Tesla service broke and refused to take responsibility for. Safelite was fast, friendly, and answered all my questions regarding the process. The best part is that they didn't damage my car in the process like Tesla Service did.
