They sent a technician to try to repair it and he was very friendly and professional. The repair worked but left a large blemish in my sight line so they decided to replace it. The replacement technician was also very friendly and professional. The new windshield looks great!!!

Everything about the Safelite experience was great! New OEM glass, always in communication with Safelite and my technician Jose was pretty funny but very professional. Only thing I had an issue with was that he had amazing seat covers to cover my seats but he didn't have any fender covers. I've worked on cars my whole life so I had a few. I gave Jose a couple of them to have. He did an amazing job and he knew how I felt about my Challenger. When he was done, other than the glass being super clean, you couldn't tell that the car had been touched. Nice job everybody!
