Windshield Replacement Shop in Leander, TX

I had my windshield replaced March 12th 2025. On the front end, customer service and the technician were terrific. However the visit ended differently. I was disappointed to find that my windshield was not cleaned sufficiently. It was left with dirt along the sides and streaks on the inside of the windshield. And plenty of dirt and debris from the rubber and the dust of installation were left on my dashboard. I might not have minded that if my car were regularly dirty, but I take great pains in keeping my interior and exterior of my car very clean. Thus, when I got in my car after the technician left my mobile site, and found the less than average cleanup effort, I was very disappointed. Was the windshield installed sufficiently? Yes and for the most part the whole service was satisfactory. But it's very disappointing to end on a poor note. I feel like with as much press, advertising and notoriety that Safelite has I would think they would train their technicians to finish the job much more pristinely.
