Safelite was incredible easy, friendly and professional- fromaniing an appointment, to the day of service, the communication was top notch. They even came to my place of employment, and on the day of, they called hours in advance to give me a more approximate ETA. The gentlemen were friendly, professional and explained the process before getting to work. They summarized the service done to my car and gave me recommendations to follow. They put in 3 windshields and could not calibrate a 2025 forester. They said you will have to take it to the dealer. Took to dealer and camera mount was broken! Took to the hime dealership where it was purchased. This is completely on safelite! All systems were functioning prior to this. I think it is a sad state of affairs that you cause an elder (my mother) to have to pay 6k for this and refuse to admit you broke it. I have never been so disappointed in safelite. We have had other windshields replaced without issue even years after when a leak showed up. Do better!!! Lifetime warranty should include you breaking the safety equipment
