Safelite Relocates Rapid City, S.D. Shop
RAPID CITY, S.D. – Nov. 18, 2011 – Safelite AutoGlass®, the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, has relocated its Rapid City shop to 1141 Deadwood Ave. as of November 14 (formerly at 1212 Jackson Blvd.). The new 4,400 square-foot facility stores more than double the product inventory and features energy-efficient lighting and a new large customer waiting room. It is easily accessible from I-90.
“We had been in the former facility for 20 years, so we are excited to move into a new, state-of-the art building. We look forward to continuing to serve the Rapid City community in a friendly and timely manner,” said Brandon Allen, store manager. “Keeping people safe while they are in their vehicles is critical. Vehicle glass is an important element of a car’s structural integrity, and we are happy to perform inspections to identify any risky chips or provide a quote on glass damage.”

Both in-shop and mobile vehicle glass service appointments are available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday.
