Safelite Opens Store in Chicago Suburb Oak Lawn
OAK LAWN, Ill. – Jan. 10, 2012 – Safelite AutoGlass®, the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, opened a store in southwest Chicago located at 9609 Southwest Highway, Oak Lawn, IL 60453 on January 9, 2012.
The newly remodeled 6,208-square-foot facility offers large, comfortable customer waiting areas and allows Chicago-area customers to schedule more same- or next-day appointments; however, they may still opt for mobile service as well.
The shop, managed by Ray Dunham, currently staffs seven employees with the goal of hiring four more in the next year.
“We look forward to growing our presence in the Oak Lawn community and serving our customers in a friendly and timely manner,” said Dunham. “Keeping people safe while they are in their vehicles is critical. Vehicle glass is an important element of a car’s structural integrity, and we are happy to perform inspections to identify any risky chips or provide a quote on glass damage.”
