How did you get started as a technician? A family connection brought me here originally – my dad used to work for Safelite, and he helped me get a position in the warehouse. Shortly after that, I became a technician and it was clearly a great fit – I’ve been in this role for the past 7 years and really enjoy it.

What does Justin’s leader say about him? Justin is a dependable technician, and I can always rely on him. No matter what kind of job comes in, he consistently does great work and gets it done right the first time. And the customers appreciate how he brightens their day with his friendly personality.

What’s the best thing about being a technician? I enjoy being the face of our company. When customers see us with a smile on our face, they know we’re going to provide them with the best service possible. And I bring my best to each and every job.

What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had at Safelite? Thinking back, I have met some great people through my work, and that has given me many good experiences as a technician. Another highlight for me has been competing in the past three Best of Belron competitions. Being chosen for a competition that includes our best technicians is a great feeling.

Outside of work, what are you passionate about? In my spare time, I enjoy Fantasy Football, spending time with my family and watching my youngest play tee-ball.
