What does Tim’s leader say about him? “I have known several people who have had Tim as their technician for their repair or replacement and every single one has raved about how amazing he was. When I ask people which Safelite AutoGlass technician took care of their vehicle and they tell me it was Tim, I know everything was great with their service.”

How did you get started as a technician? “I saw the job posting online, thought it would be a great career opportunity, and I decided to apply.”

What’s the best thing about being a technician? “Making customers happy!I take pride in doing quality work at each appointment. It's always good to know I could make someone’s day a little better.”

What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had at Safelite? “When my district manager told me how much he valued me as a technician, he gave me the ultimate compliment–he called me the Michael Jordan of Safelite. Hearing something like that made me feel great.”

Outside of work, what are you passionate about? “I love racing and building cars.”

Just for fun: What’s your dream car? “1998 Toyota Supra.”
